Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Matrix is not responsible for delays after your package has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Matrix is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Matrix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.
